Scar's Final Mission! Into The Digital World We Go!

The story is coming to a close, a had a lot of fun with this title guys you just don't even understand. Starting of with my Palmon, battling Jimiken for the first time, unlocking Flamedramon, obtaining my first Mega Digimon, then achieving my first DNA Digivolution, meeting the Royal Knight Digimon, and then going off to acquire them for myself. This game is fantastic, so many of my favorite Digimon are in this title, and then there are others I grew to like because I used them in this game. Digimon like: ShineGreymon BM, MirageGaogomon BM, Beelzemon BM, and UlForceVeedramon. I was already a fan of ChaosGallantmon, Mastemon, WarGreymon (even though I ended up using BlackWarGreymon) Jesmon, Lucemon FM, and a few others. So I had a blast playing.

The story is really entertaining too (although I wish I could skip cutscenes.. after you lose a battle, sitting through the text a third or fourth time is a bit.. Ugh). Nokia grew from being a little hen to being a leader of an organization! Arata went full Sasuke Uchiha, and Yuuko ended speaking her mind and actually showing some emotion. And Kyoko Kuremi ended up being a Digimon!! A Royal Knight Digimon at that, crazy.

I encourage everyone to give this game a try, and remember you can play the game on normal mode and still platinum the game. I played on hard mode because that's just what I do, but no one will judge you if you take the normal route :)

Dimensional Door Opened! Digital World Here We Come!

Leopardmon is the Kaguya of this series, all this build up to a final Villain just to get slapped silly. Lol, good thing Leopardmon wasn't the final boss because I would have been pissed!

Now, if you haven't noticed by now, I always break my writing pattern when it's time for you know who to talk about blah blah science science theory and putting theory to test. So let's just sit back and listen to you know who together in amazement. As Ash Ketchup would say; "Wow! Science is sooo amazing!"

Arata's Heartache Takes Form! Awaken Eater Adam!

Scar, Yuuko, and Kyoko Senpai smack Dynasmon and make their way to the roof of the Metropolitan Building where Leopardmon is hiding out. But a familiar being stands firm eyeing down his prey, awaiting Scar's arrival. You know and love him, none other than than the vengeful Arata Uchiha stands tall blocking the path to Leopardmon. Arata awaits Leopardmon's ascend to power, as he would like to crush him when he's at his strongest! Or so he says anyway, what's really troubling him is that ever since Arata merged with the Eater attached to his right arm, he has been remembering a horrible tragedy from 8 years ago. And because of he, he's been eating. Eating, eating, eating, and eating, to get stronger. And now he finally has enough power to do something with it, watch as Arata Uchiha warp Digivolves into the fearsome being known as Eater Adam! Can Scar and company beat such a devilish being?

Crusadermon's Fury And The Knight Who Quells It!

Sweet, beautiful, sweet Crusadermon leaps into battle with her Spiral Masquerade. But she's no match for Scar's line up or Mega and Ultimate class Digimon, while a Digimon called Kyoko lays the smack down on Crusadermon with the Blade of The Dragon King.

Yuuko is eager to get revenge for her Father, and she urges to lay to finishing blow on Crusadermon which tickles Crusadermon's funny bone. How can the dazzling rose of perfection that is an honored Royal Knight lose to Humans?! Crusadermon uses the remains of her power to unleash some power attacks before she gets obliterated into nothingness. GG!

Back at the Kuremi Detective Agency, Kyoko Senpai explains how she came to be a Digimon. The group listens in, and tells Kyoko Senpai that they still love her regardless if she's Human or Digimon.

Yuugo's Demise! The Tragedy That Led To War!

Oh No! Scar is missing! Again.. But no worries, she does this kind of thing, she'll show up eventually. Right? Right?!!

Nokia and Yuuko speak with Kyoko at the Kuremi Detective Agency about Scar's disappearance. Kyoko Senpai puts Nokia in charge of Scar's retrieval, gifting Nokia with Scar's Digivice and Digimon. The two Heroine head to a place called Beginning EDEN, a place that's identical to Kowloon level one (Note: this is a great place to grind! 35k - 75k per fight). In this beginning EDEN, Scar and Nokia come to terms with visual images of memories from their past, and a terrifying truth is revealed. Scar, Nokia, Yuuko, Arata, and Yuugo all became friends during the EDEN Beta Test 8 years ago, not only that but 5 of them ventured into the Digital World on that day. And on that day, Calamity struck the Digital World, while embraced these brave young children. An life form which later came to be known as an Eater breached the veil the Children opened from the EDEN to the Digital World, and it began to consume everything in it wake. Starting with Yuuko Kamishiro's brother, Yuugo Kamishiro, devouring his mental data and giving birth to the first case of EDEN Syndrome. Led by Arata, the rest of the group escapes from the Digital World, leaving the Digital World to slowly be devoured.

The visual images come to a halt when Crusadermon reappears, vengeful and ready to strike down the foolish Humans who caused the Digital World to fall siege to Eaters. But fear not young heroines, a knight in shining armor is here to rescue you, and reunite you with your comrade Scar. Watch as a mysterious Digimon appears and turns the tide of battle, stomping over Crusadermon's lust for revenge.

Crusadermon's Agony! Humans Are The Mark Of Sin!

Scar receives a message from Arata, asking to meet where she previously encountered Examon. Arata tells her to come alone, and when she arrives, Arata is absorbing more power by consuming another Eater. Arata tells Scar he has just remembered a forgotten mission, and he needs more power in order to complete his task. The two old friends go to battle against Examon, afterwards Arata realizes that absorbing Examon is beyond his limitations. And he dashes off in search off more power.

Back at the Kuremi Detective Agency, Yuuko calls in stating she has found Crusadermon's location. The two meet up in Akihabara and enter a DIgital Shift, leading them to Crusadermon's hideout, where she stands awaiting their arrival. Crusadermon explains to Scar and Yuuko that the Mark of Sin and the cause of this war between Humans and Digimon began with them in the first place. Although Yuuko has a hard time swallowing such claims since she has no memory of such a thing. Yet, it makes sense in a way because Yuugo Kamishiro contracted EDEN Syndrome arounf the same time Crusadermon claims the Digital World fell prey to a Calamity. Scar and Yuuko go to battle with Crusadermon, and afterwards..

Another Royal Knight Appears! Craniamon!

Scar finally catches up to Yuuko Kamashiro on the 5th level of Kowloon, just to find themselves locked unable to advance any further due to a big barrier blocking off the floor. Probably a trap set by Crusadermon, to prevent anyone from reaching what this floor holds dear. After some silly girl talk, a familiar voice announces itself. The one, and the only, Suedou!!!

Suedou speaks a bunch of non-sensible science dribble about the evolution of mankind and changing the world, blah blah. But to due so, he needs the girls help. He believes Crusadermon or one of her Royal Knight allies will come to take him out, for he knows to much and he is rather dangerous. So he purposes that Scar and Yuuko form a partnership with himself, they are to protect Suedou from the enemy, and Suedou will help them gain access to Kowloon level 5.

After gaining access to Kowloon level 5 and progressing to the heart of the floor. The group meet a formidable opponent, one who has sworn his loyalty entirely to King Drasil!

The Strongest Of The Royal Knights! Examon!!!

Scar, Kyoko-Senpai, Nokia, Omnimon, and Yuuko plan their next choice of action. Out of the five remaining Royal Knights, whom shall they confront next? The group decides to visit Odaiba and pursue Examon in the end. And what they find in the Massive Dragon that emerged from the breach in the sky Crusadermon opened, back when she had kidnapped Yuuko. That huge dragon is Examon, the strongest of the Royal Knights, and he is under Crusadermon's control. As he is now, the grow has no way of defeating this Monstrous Deity..

And that's when they appear! Magnamon, Gallantmon, Jesmon, and UlForceVeemon! Together with Scar and Omnimon, everyone launches a unified assault on the gigantic Examon, but will it be enough? Of course NOT!!!! Examon strikes Gallantmon with his Pendragon's Glory, putting Gallantmon down for a few moments, as Examon makes his escape. Jesmon and UlForceVeemon leave in pursuit for Examon, and that's when it happens..

Arata appears! And he..

Kentaurosmon Defeated And Arata.. Digivolves?!

After returning from the parallel world where UlForceVeemon was hanging out, Scar, Rina and UlForceVeemon get straight down to business. Over in the EDEN Free Area the group faces off against Kentaurosmon in an effort to bring him to his senses. Afterwards, something strange happens...

Scar witness Arata starring down a humanoid Eater, and Scar rushes in to assist her friend. After defeating the Eater, Arata walks up to the program and.. Absorbs it?!

Mastemon's Gateway To UlForceVeemon!

Scar continues her hunt for Royal Knight Digimon, finding herself in front of Magnamon. A Royal Knight Digimon glad in gold armor, Magnamon refuses to join Scar because he thinks humans are evil and irresponsible. And that's when the lovely Queen Nokia comes to the rescue showing up with Lopmon and Tokomon from a previous case. Omnimon shows himself to Magnamon and explains the situation of the warring Worlds from a optimistic point of a view, and Magnamon agrees to lend his power to the group.

Now this is when things get interesting, Dynasmon makes an appearance, and tells Magnamon not to let Omnimon screw with his head. The will of their King, King Drasil is to destroy the Human World, Royal Knight Digimon should just obey their King peaceful. But Magnamon rejects Dynasmon and the opposing sides go to battle, resulting in Dynasmon fleeing for the time being.

Next up is Kentaurosmon, an extremely hard headed Royal Knight Digimon who's beyond Scar's current abilities. Kentaurosmon's speed is far to supervisor for anyone to match, except for an Royal Knight Digimon called UlForceVeemon! Scar goes to seek out this UlForceVeemon which leads her to visiting Merei in the Digi-Lab, who surprisingly DNA Digivolves a LadyDevimon & Angewomon to summon Mastemon! A mega DIgimon capable of opening a portable to a parallel world where an hacker named Rina is the caretaker of UlForceVeemon. Although at the moment, UlForceVeemon is only is his rookie stage Veemon opposed to his Royal Knight form.  UlForceVeemon lost a battle to a Digimon named Barbamon (one of the Seven Deadly Sin Digimon) and Barbamon stole UlForceVeemon's power. Scar agrees to help Rina and Veemon defeat Barbamon.

Hackmon Ultra Digivolve To?! Jesmon! (Royal Knight)

Scar hunts down her first Royal Knight, Gankoomon. Who is training a Rookie Digimon called Hackmon who idolizes Gankoomon. Hackmon wants to be strong like his master and maybe some day become a Royal Knight himself. Scar approaches the duo and explains the current situation of the two warring realms as well as the situation with the Eaters. How Omnimon wants to gather Royal Knights under his wing and save both worlds as opposed to Leopardmon wanting to destroy the Human world thinking that will solve the problem.

Gankoomon refuses to help Scar, but not for the reason you may think. Gankoomon says if we can help Hackmon grow stronger he'll aid Scar, but if she cannot than he will not. Hackmon upset that he doesn't get a say so sadly goes with Scar to battle BanchoLeomon. And in doing so, Hackmon learns a surprisingly simple lesson. Something he should have realized much sooner, and that was preventing his growth.

Arata And Suedou, The Lost Joins The Dark

Scar and Arata battle an Humanoid Eater, and guess who shows up after the battle, Suedou! Suedou gives a long complicated speech about Humans, Eaters, evolution, and blah blah. A bunch of this and that, and like a newborn baby Uchiha the fascinated Arata decides to team up with Suedou. Further falling into the depths of darkness and corruption, abandoning Scar and hurting her feelings.

I won't bore you guys with a long detailed breakdown with what Suedou discussed between Arata and Scar. Basically, he wants Eaters to run wild and devour everything possible. Eater evolve by eating, the more they eat the more they can evolve. Suedou wants to witness the outcome of this phenomenon, he wants to see what kind of power these gluttonous programs can ascend to if they continue to feed. More or less anyway.

The Truth About EDEN Syndrome!

The man Yuuko Kamashiro had Scar and Kyoko investigate at the start of the series, a Mr. Yamashina is the man causing all the trouble at the Hospital. Being requested to investigate him this time by his actual Daughter, Scar and Yuuko agree to help Mr. Yamashina with his troubles. He request that the girls take him to same place where Crusadermon held Yuuko captivate.

When the girls and Mr. Yamashina reach the facility, he states lots of memories that had been erased from his mind start to return. He remembers that himself as well as another were lead researchers responsible for the creation of EDEN. Yamashina asks the Yuuko activate the machine and restore his memories, although something goes wrong when the machine is activated. Scar makes a connection jump into the machine and battles the Digimon responsible for the error in the retrieval of Mr. Yamashina's memories.

With Yamashina's memories returned he reveals a nasty truth about EDEN. EDEN had an closed Beta test eight years ago, during the Beta test five kids participating fell unconscious due to unknown causes. Four regained consciousness but one remained unconscious and EDEN Syndrome was born. But the cooperate heads spent way to much money developing EDEN so rather than let out the information on EDEN both the Nile Corp. and Kamashiro Ent. pretended as if nothing happened. Yamashina's partner erased the memory of the four children who regained their consciousness, as well as Yamashina so no one could report the incident.

Afterwards Scar gets a call from Matayoshi and Date, they are in danger and need help, the kind of help only a Cyber Sleuth can provide.

War Between Comrades! Royal Knights Emerge

Scar gets a request from the sexy Police Officer Date, Date came around a Digimon named Lopmon and wants Scar to help Lopmon find her friend Tokomon. Scar starts her search in the real world, where Date found Lopmon, running into Nokia who hears the situation and agrees to help. Scar takes the search to EDEN, finding Tokomon in the EDEN Free Area with a familiar face as well.

Nokia ask Scar to meet up with her and Omnimon in Shibuya, Nokia expresses her concern for the innocent Digimon that are frightened or in danger (being detained by Military or Police Officers) and how see wants to return them to the Digital World. Omnimon wants to fight his friends who rank among the Royal Knights like himself, he thinks we should try to convince Royal Knights who aren't bent on the destruction of the Human World to join our cause. And thus Scar, Nokia, and Omnimon head out on their search.

Right away the group runs into Leopardmon, a Royal Knight who definitely is set on destroying the Human World. Since Humans are responsible for the birth of Eaters, Eaters aren't just causing trouble in the Human World they are also destroying the Digital World and at an rapid pace. Leopardmon admits it was his plan to come to the Human World, and that he is responsible for giving the order  for the Royals Knights to invade and destroy the Human World.

Dynasmon (another Royal Knight) shows up beside Leopardmon, standing against Omnimon leaving him at an disadvantage. However, Gallantmon (yet another Royal Knight) shows up and stands with Omnimon evening the odds! Leopardmon and Dynasmon run with their Digi-tails between their lags, and the hunt to recruit Royal Knights begin.

Yuugo Appears & Arata Goes Dark!

Immediately after rescuing Yuuko Kamashiro from Crusadermon's clutches and the Eater that attached itself onto Yuuko, Scar is sucked into a digital shift that makes her whereabouts unknown for quite awhile. In this unknown space Scar meets none other than Yuugo Kamashiro! The first ever victim of EDEN Syndrome, and Yuuko Kamashiro's brother. Yuugo thanks Scar for looking after Yuuko, and strangely enough he mentions Nokia and Arata.. How does he know who they are though?

The silhouette of a strong looking Digimon appears before Scar, and she gets returned to the real world. The group brings Scar up to speed, and Scar tells Yuuko about Yuugo. You would think things are about to go smoothly, but of course that's never the case. Something is wrong with Scar's digital body, and to make matters worse Detective Matayoshi comes to the Kuremi Detective Agency.

Matayoshi is after Arata against his will, the higher ups of his department want to blame all the recent activities on hackers.. And luck will have it, Arata is the hacker of choice. Arata respectful declines, Matayoshi fights that Arata is just a kid and should listen to adults. Nokia, and Yuuko also agree that Arata likes to play the 'badass' but now is not the time for that. Of course, the big bad Arata Sanada has this to say: "If I am guilty then so is everyone, including Kyoko Kuremi and even yourself Matayoshi. But I'm not about to back down just because someone asked me to, I am a hacker! How can I do anything if I agree to be taken in by you, see ya around." Thus making Arata a wanted criminal, and the birth of Arata Uchiha is born!

Rei Kishibe Ultra Digivolve To?! Crusadermon!!!

Scar and Nokia travel through the Nakano Underpass heading for a place called Roppongi where they believe Yuuko Kamashiro is being held captive. On the way a mysterious person creeps up behind them with an urgent request, "please let me tag along with you guys to save Yuuko!"

The gang arrives in the underground facility where Yuuko Kamashiro is being held, and beside her is the vile Rei Kishibe, Yuuko's captor. Rei Kishibe reveals to the group something no one could have imaged, Rei Kishibe actually isn't Human! Rei Kishibe has another name, she is actually Crusadermon of the Royal Knights!

A massive gateway to the Digital World opens up in the sky and masses of Digimon fall into the Human World. This gateway closes not to long after it opens thanks to Arata Sanada's impressive hacking skillls, puttiong a whole is Crusadermon's plot to destroy the Human World.

An Eater attaches itself onto Yuuko Kamashiro, and a fierce battle between this vile creature begins. Will Scar and Company be able to save Yuuko?

Omnimon's Warning

Kamashiro Enterprises manages to pin the Eater and mass outbreak of EDEN syndrome on "hacker activities" pretending the situation had nothing to do with them. Rei Kishibe or Crusadermon disappeared for the time being, taking Yuuko Kamashiro hostage, and Digital Shifts are occurring all over Tokyo.

Omnimon informs Scar and Nokia about the seriousness of his presence in the Human World. Both the Human and Digital Worlds are at risk of being destroyed, the Digital World is being consumed by Eaters and the Human World is being preyed on by angry Digimon. The assault on the Human World is being issued by Royal Knight Digimon, and ironically it's going to take a Royal Knight Digimon's (Omnimon) help to stop their assault.

Team Zaxon Vs Team Rebels! From War Omnimon Is Born!

Scar and Arata prepare to break into the Valhalla Server to find Nokia before she crumbles at the mercy of Team Zaxon. When Scar and Arata find Nokia, Arata tries to distract WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon hoping to keep them at bay while Scar and Arata deal with Team Zaxon. However, that doesn't go as planned.

Team Zaxon, Team Rebels, and a few hackers under Arata's command go to war. Nokia, on the verge of losing, summons power from within. Giving birth to the one Digimon that can make a difference, Omnimon!

Hackers Unite! Team Zaxon Stands Tall

Yuugo of Team Zaxon request that Scar tell Nokia to disband her Rebels organization because she is in over her head, as well as in the way. A member off Nokia's Rebel teams ask for Scar to come to Kowloon because he was having trouble recruiting a stray hacker. Yuugo tags along and flexes his power with an "this is how it's done" attitude.

Shortly after, Yuugo holds a meeting on the Zaxon Forum. He declares an assault on Under Zero, he says it's time for hackers to reclaim what was lost. Yuugo wants to take the Valhalla Server, he gathers hackers all over to join them Zaxon in there raid on Under Zero.

Nokia ask Scar to help her train the weaker members of her Rebels organization to strengthen their skills, as well as their bonds with their Digimon. Yuugo stops by their training camp with a message for Nokia.

Nokia Stands Firm! Agumon! Gabumon! Warp Digivolve To?!

After successfully escaping Kamashiro Enterprises, Scar gets an SOS from a hacker who's in love with Nokia. He's worried about her and request that Scar meets up with her, and saves her from the dangers of Kowloon. Scar happily accepts and lucky for Nokia too, because this time Nokia got herself in over her head.

Raid On Kamashiro's Avalon Server!

Scar, Arata, Yuuko, and Kyoko-Senpai hatch a plan to raid Kamashiro Enterprises yet again to obtain information from Kamashiro's "Secret Room" located on their Avalon server.

Yuuko mentions a "Valhalla Server" as well and Arata freaks out, what was that about??

The Eater That Digivolved

After helping Nokia with her election for Presidency, Scar heads over to Arata to lend the lone wolf hacker a helping hand. Arata explains he thinks Akemi Suedou is a little.. Too, on the money with his "research."

Interestingly enough, a Digital Shift manifests right before Scar and Arata and they venture forth together to stabilize the area. As always, the Ghost of EDEN appears, followed by an Eater. However this time something different happens, the Eater.. Digivolved?

Nokia For President!

Rei Kishibe formally address Kamashiro Enterprises illegal activities as of recent over the airways, announcing that she fired all parties responsible for any and all violations to company policy. She also announces she is now the head of Kamashiro Enterprises, she wants to exercise her new found leadership immediately by launching a major update to EDEN.

Arata and Nokia have a lovers quarrel, going off different directions but reaching for a common goal. Scar goes to see how things are going with Nokia first to make sure Nokia doesn't land herself into trouble.

Paildramon!

As promised, Paildramon. In my previous video ExVeemon was lacking the necessary requirements to DNA Digivolve with Stingmon, so this short video shows just that. As stated in my previous Digivolution video, Paildramon is probably the easiest DNA Digivolution you can get. Hopefully you all get yourselves one on your journey to becoming a Master Cyber Sleuth.

Digivolution III

Showing more Digivolutions, as stated previously I'm just showing you guys the Digimon I work on as I go through the game. I am currently on Chapter 7, so every Digimon you'll see in this video can be obtained by this point in the game.

You can get Stingmon's and ExVeemon's DNA Divivolution, Paildramon as early as Chapter 4 if you grind a case called "A Life Crisis" given to you by Client: Hagurumon. I just haven't gotten around to it since ExVeemon is lacking the necessary strength required for the Digivolution. Both Stingmon and ExVeemon will need 100% CAM (friendship) which can be obtained easily by the following: Run the Gold Cup Offline Colosseum on Nanako's 4th floor and lose to Flamedramon. One of the rewards can get is a Friendship DX which raises friendship by 25%. You can use Digimeat in the Digifarm which raises friendship by 1% per Digimeat. Or you can have them in your active party while grinding the or processing through the story which nets 1% CAM per battle. To raise their other stats, you can either wait until Stingmon or ExVeemon reaches the requirements naturally or you can train them in the Digifarm. I believe Paildramon is the easiest DNA Digivolution you can get, I just haven't gotten around to it because I am currently trying to get Lucemon which is a huge pain in the buttocks so early on. So I do apologize for the inconvenience, I was hoping to be able to show him along with Flamedramon :(

Obtaining The Digi-Egg Of Courage! Flamedramon Boss Battle

The Digi-Egg of Courage needed to Digi-Armor Digivolve Veemon into Flamedramon can be obtained in Chapter 7. When Nokia joins your team and you guys go to Kowloon Lv. 4 in search for information about Jimiken's Demon Pilgrimage, you'll find Ryota (Sakura fanboy) being beaten on by a group of hackers. After this battle stay on this floor and stay to your right, take the life, and battle the guy with the Flamedramon. You'll get a Digi-Egg of Courage as an reward if you win! & I show you guys a Veemon Digi-Armor Digivolving into a Flamedramon at the end of the video.

Demon Pligrimage

Jimiken hijacks the airways convincing all his hardcore fans to partake in a "Demon Pilgrimage." Scar goes around looking for information that could lead her to finding the location of this Pilgrimage. Which leads Scar to running into Nokia, who happens to be Sakura's friend and is very eager to help.

Scar, Nokia, Agumon and Gabumon run into a group of Hackers working for Jimiken who are bullying Ryota. Nokia ask Scar to deal with the Hackers and save Ryota, but Agumon and Gabumon call Nokia out on being a coward.

Gabumon: "You need to be somewhere safe and just watch as your friend does the fighting!"
Agumon: "Uh, is that what a real friend is? Is that, uh, what friends do?

Prelude To The Demon Pilgrimage!

Kyoko-Senpai asks Scar how does she like being an Detective so far, and when Scar states she doesn't have a real feel for it yet. Kyoko-Senpai says the Kuremi Detective Agencies motto is "Reject not those who come, chase not those who leave, those who will not work will not eat." Ironically as she rejects a Client confusing him for a salesman of some short, lol. The Client ask us to retrieve his stolen Digimon Metal, which leads us to a Cherrymon and Bakemon mini boss battle.

Immediately after, Detective Matayoshi brings in a Client, Sakura's Mother. Sakura has been obsessing over Jimiken for quite some while, even to the point where she's been neglecting going to school just so she can watch more Jimiken. As the conversations continues, guess who hacks the airways?

Playing Tag With Etemon! Etemon Boss Battle!

Scar takes on a case from Reiko Tawa, a Client who works for the Shibyuya Record Store. Strange pranks are being played on the Record Store and Reiko wants to put an end to it. Scar happily accepts.

Kamishiro Enterprises Sleeps With The Goverment!

Kyoko-Senpai does a lot of talking and explaining in this video, to sum everything up with the quickness it would seem that Kamishiro Enterprises is responsible for the Digital Shifts that's been occurring recently. Which also can be inferred that Kamishiro Enterprises are responsible for the appearance of Eaters and EDEN Syndrome, hmm?!

Akihabara Turns Into Data! Wisemon + Eater Boss Battle

Scar and Arata head to Akihabara, chasing after the Wisemon that fled from them. As soon as they arrive, a "Digital Shift" manifests within the town, turning Akihabara into a digital realm.

Scar and Arata meet none other than Professor Akemi Suedou (who also always appears in the weirdest of places) who says he predicted the probability of this strange phenomenon occurring precisely here in Akihabara. Hmmm.....

Guys, I apologize for the mistake @ 9:40 when the video cuts straight to the boss battle. At that part of the video it was already my second attempt at the boss, I honestly forgot to save the original clip where Scar and Arata walk up to the Manga freak. When I got back up to the boss I skipped through the dialog and started the recording at the boss intro, unaware that I didn't have the actual scene with the dialog. So I do apologize for that guys, I had a scrub moment.

Disappearances In Akihabara

Police Officer Date (the crazy "I'll arrest you!!!! lady) comes to the Kuremi Detective Agency requesting our aid in a strange case of disappearances. A number of people are just vanishing all over Akihabara, and it's up to Scar to find out why this is happening.

Also, Scar handles a very strange case for a guy who is in love with this lady. He asks Scar to speak with this woman in his place, offering information that could help Scar with the case Police Officer Date entrusted her with.

After some running around Scar ends up with the familiar Arata Sanada, who strangely is always popping up in the shadiest of places. Arata tags along and will be helping Scar with her case.

Trouble In Kamishiro's Database! Jimiken Boss Battle #2

Scar reaches the data she came to steal from Kamishiro Enterprises, and runs into none of then a bunch of hackers from Team Zaxon. However, our good friend Yuugo who just so happens to be Team Zaxon's leader is here as well (hmm.. I wonder why though?). Yuugo tells the group of hackers to back off, and that's when this guy appears to stir up some more trouble.

Sneaking Into Kamishiro Enterprises!

Scar catches Yuuko staring at a poster that reads "Nationwide B Level Gourmet Battle" and she was totally watering at the mouth!

Jokes aside, Yuuko Kamishiro comes to us with yet another case. Or should I say the same case, she asks us to look for her Father yet again. This time revealing the truth behind her requests and letting us know a few details about her and what she's going through. Scar accepts Yuuko's request but this time it'll be Scar who needs Yuuko's help in order to complete Yuuko's request.

Bringing The Dead Back To Life!

Scar picks up a case called "A Life Crisis" from Client: Hagurumon, this case is extremely important!! Do NOT finish this quest unless you feel you are satisfied with were you are currently in the game.

The Digimon inside this area drop 800 - 1k EXP per battle, and you get to scan some pretty good Digimon too! Also, if you have a PlatinumSukamon on your active team the Exp you get will be greater, and greater still if you're brave enough to carry two PlatinumSukamon on your team. I believe I was getting around 2k EXP per battle before I finished up and edited this video. I'm telling you guys, this is a great grinding spot for so early in the game. As long as you do NOT talk to the Hargurumon you're free to run about the area as much as you want.

Moving on, Scar and Kyoko-Sama get another bizarre case. This time dealing with rumors and myths about bringing the dead back to life. And once this myth gets tested, the Client realizes she might have messed with forces she shouldn't have.

Eater Boss Battle! Black Gatomon Is Life!

Scar and Arata successfully defeat an Eater, confirming some interesting and twisted information. Arata makes his exit, although he starts to seem more and more.. Mysterious, after each encounter. Just who is Arata Sanada?

Gateway To A Digital Netherworld

Scar finds herself talking to Arata Sanada in front of some strange digital phenomenon over in Shinjuku. Although our favor police lady wants to arrest us because we are standing in front of a restricted area. Our only escape is to take a leap of faith and jump through the gateway before us!

Inside, Scar and Arata find themselves in some sort of Digital Netherworld. They learn some interesting secrets about a number of things that all seem to be linked together one way or another, and then a great challenge presents itself.

Humans Created Digimon? Ahahaha!!!

Rematch!

Scar challenges Jimiken and Devimon once again, determined to rescue Agumon and Gabumon. Team Zaxon seems to be undergoing some sort of power struggle, I wonder why their leader doesn't put his foot down.

Agumon and Gabumon express their thanks to Nokia, but at the same time, they reveal an interesting truth that changes Nokia's view on Digimon.

Agumon! Gabumon! I'll Save You! Devimon Boss Battle

Okay, this fight with Jimiken was no joke! It actually took some grinding and understanding of the games mechanics to figure out how to take him down. I included my failures because I'd be lying if I said I beat this fight on my first try. Hopefully you all have a better first go or first couple of goes than I did.

If you really want to know how many times it took me to beat this guy, lol. Well it took me 4 tries, sadly.

From Missing Persons To Missing Digimon!

The Chinese Restaurant Owner wants the Kuremi Detective Agency to deal with a problem he's having with his AC, apparently it's on and functioning but no cold air is coming out. Cyber Sleuth Scar nips that in the butt fairly easy and moves on to a bigger case.

Nokia comes to the Agency with an argent request, she pleads to Scar and Kyoko-Senpai that she's worried about two Digimon that could be in danger or worst. Nokia is to afraid to venture into the dangerous Kowloon that nasty hackers hang out in alone, so she request for Scar to escort her (do all the work while she watches). With Kyoko-Senpai's approval Cyber Sleuth Scar and Nokia begin their search for the missing DIgimon.

Police Hating Hacker

Mirei Mikagura and a Game Company Employee both need help from the Kuremi Detective Agency, and who better than Scar the Cyber Sleuth in training can handle these cases?

Mirei confirms that she has a zero tolerance for scumbags who treat Digimon like tools/weapons, she's complied a hit list of 30 hackers she wants dealt with. So we'll be seeing more of Mirei in the future.

The Game Company Employee created a gaming app, and for some reason it keeps crashing? Scar makes a connection jump to see what's going on inside this application, a simple task for a Cyber Sleuth.

Afters, Kyoko-Senpai places a personal request for Scar to handle. She's to help her crack down on the Mysterious Digital Face without being noticed by Matayoshi. Seems simple enough.

Account Raiding

Scar heads to EDEN to find out some information on Account Raiding, and who exactly is doing the raiding. After asking a series of people questions about the topic, Scar discovers team Zaxon is behind the account raids. An ex Zaxon member gives us the URL to their group forum, and Scar begins her pursuit to find out who's responsible for these burglaries and hopeful find Yuuko's Father.

Can You Find My Father?

Kyoko-Senpai tells me to get familiar with the "White Board" (quest board), this is where Scar will be picking up her sidequest. After completing her first fetch quest, a familiar face shows up in the Kuremi Detective Agency requesting we locate her Father. Apparently he is missing, but his EDEN avatar is still active?

Gateway To Becoming A Cyber Sleuth!

Thanks to Kyoko-Senpai, Scar was able to recover parts of her digital avatar, regaining her old appearance. And not a moment later, an old acquaintance of Kyoko-Senpai comes to discuss some rather disturbing news. This information ironically explains what happening to her at the moment, something called EDEN Syndrome?

Oh No! I Turned Into Data?!!

Scar manages to escape from that disgusting creature that tried to eat her digital avatar, and after a few failed log out attempts Scar is able to successfully log out. Only something isn't right! She appears in the middle of the street in the form of a human shaped mass of data, she appears to have been separated from her physical body? Conveniently enough, a mysterious woman named Kyoko Kuremi rescues us, and chapter 1 begins.

Note: As stated before this is a blind playthrough on hard difficulty, so I did some "off screen" grinding while making this video. I will be uploading how I obtained the Digimon you will see featured in this video shortly, none of the Digimon were hard to get nor would I say time consuming either. In particular, I am really liking this Dorumon Digimon. Curious to see what he will digivolve into further down the line.

Birth Of A Hacker

Picking up right where we left off, our main character runs into a strange "Ghastly Boy" while chasing after Arata. He states that Scar is a fledgling hacker and ask "what kind of hacker do you want to be?" And introduces us to a choice of three Digimon we can choose to partner up with in celebration of Scar's birth as a new hacker to-be. After careful thought and consideration, Scar chooses Palmon (Type: Data / Attribute: Plant) to be her partner Digimon. But of course, things can never go that smoothly.

The Adventure Begins!

Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth is the first game I'll be sharing with you guys in 2016.

The story begins when our main character Ami (Scar), agrees to meet two people named Akkino and Blue Box in a cyberspace called Eden once an unknown user named Mr. Navit invades their private chat room stating he has a present for them. He also mentions "If you don't show up I'll hack you all!" Which get's Akkino excited and amp'd for the event.

Scar goes to Eden to meet with Akkino and Blue Box, but receives a call from Mr. Navit stating she's behind schedule, "hurry up and come to Galacta Park in Kowloon!" he says. After Scar finds her way to Galacta Park, Akkino introduces her self formally as Nokia Shiramine, and Blue Box introduces himself to be Arata Sanada. Mr. Navit shortly calls in and reveals his "gift" to the party, he hacks the group and installs a device called Digimon Capture into their systems which allows them to capture and befriend Digimon.

And thus, the adventure begins.
